Simply upload your logo, add text, choose black or white color options, and adjust size and placement. Once finalized, apply these settings and download your personalized assets instantly.

If you can’t find specific marketing or social media images, ASHI also offers an Email Image Request option to support your needs.

We’ve added a powerful new Upload & Download feature to simplify style management and streamline your order process. You can now bulk upload styles directly to your Sales Quotations, and download your current selections with ease.

These upgraded filters now include enhanced Style Views - Purchase History, Stock Availability, Transacted (styles you have purchased), Explore (new styles not purchased), and an improved Price Range Slider - making it easier for users to navigate and filter products with precision.

Stock Availability – Top Filter

The Top Filter provides two options:

In Stock: Displays styles currently available with ASHI.
In Production: Lists styles currently in production.

Users can select one or both options. Selections are synchronized with the Side Filter for consistent results.

Stock Availability – Side Filter

Users can select one or multiple options:

In Stock: Shows all styles with one or more quantities available and displays the In Stock flag.
In Production: Lists all styles currently in production, including products that are already in stock.
Available in 2 Weeks: Styles arriving within 14 days (includes items already in stock).
Available in 4 Weeks: Styles arriving within 28 days (includes items already in stock).
Available in 6 Weeks: Styles arriving within 42 days (includes items already in stock).

Any selection in the Side Filter automatically syncs with the Top Filter, and vice versa.

Styles Filter

The radio button options under Styles allow users to view:

All: Displays all styles within the selected category/filter criteria.
Transacted: Displays styles you have ordered, purchased, or on memo from ASHI.
Explore: Displays styles that have not been transacted in the past 3 years + current year, allowing users to discover new opportunities.

Users can add selected styles to their Sales Quotation, Wish List, or Order Cart.

Breakdown of Transacted Styles:

My Stock: Styles in your inventory (if data is shared via BIG/EDGE).
Open Order: Styles ordered from ASHI but pending shipment.
Open Memo: Styles sent on Memo that are still open.
Asset Purchases: Styles purchased through Asset Purchases.
Memo Purchases: Styles purchased via Memo.
Credit Returns: Styles returned to ASHI for credit.

Key Features of the Price Range Slider

Displays minimum and maximum handles for selecting a custom price range.
Numeric range values are shown on both sides of the slider and update dynamically as handles move.
The slider range automatically refreshes when the user:
- Adds or removes categories (e.g., Wedding Bands along with other categories).
- Applies or removes other filters.
Minimum Price: Set to 1.
Maximum Price: Rounded up to the next 10 or 100 based on the highest product cost/retail price among selected categories.

The new User Management Module enables users to share Style Info and their Wish List info at Cost Price Retail Price or No Price through emails.

Cost Price - This email will include the Cost Price of the Style. This option is only available to the Retailer Admin or Purchase Manager.
Retail Price - This email will include the Retail Price of the Style along with your company logo and store information. This option is available to all users.
